January Sales Haul

There is no better way to cure January blues then to hit the sales. And, with Christmas and Birthday money, I may have gone a little overboard this year. So, naturally, I thought I'd share my naughty so spendings with you.

Debenhams

Debenhams have an amazing duvet cover collection on sale at the moment. An in-house brand that I particularly love is Star by Julien Macdonald. The designs are so chic and are incredibly good quality. Unfortunately, the price also reflects this and I don't often buy from here. However, these prices are dramatically sliced during sales so I can afford to have a beautiful bedding. My Mum found this particular one and I thought it would really suit my room. There's another on the website thats pink with a regal wallpaper print on the bottom half which I also love but would look out of place in my bedroom *sad face*.

ASOS
Now only available in black.
ASOS Red wrap skirt- When shopping on ASOS, I tend to try and only buy sixth form clothing. The whole wrap element makes this skirt completely different from any other I own and I love the bold red colour.

I'm in love with this dress.
Pop Boutique dress- I have really been trying to step out of my comfort with clothes recently (many clothes in this haul will resemble this) and this dress is a much bigger style statement then I would usually go for but I have been wanting it for a long time and decided to just go for it. The material is not soft like I expected and it is a lot more shaped but I do quite like it.

T-Shirt available here.
New Look Top of the Pops T-shirt- This show used to be on every Sunday when I was growing up and I watch the Christmas special every year without fail. So, when I came across this top on the ASOS website, I couldn't just leave it.

This beauty is now half price.
ASOS Folk skirt- This one I think is will be one for spring. It's a lot heavier and shape-ier than I expected but this should stop it from flying up in the wind. I love the colour of the pattern on this skirt.

PJ shorts: ASOS
Cyberjammies shorts- I love pyjamas! It's like dressing up for your dreams. These were the cutest I could find on the website. They're not a set which is a shame but now I can match them with whatever top I want, yay!

Miss Selfridge

This is from Miss Selfridge's lovely Petite collection.
Leather look skirt- I daring the leatherette look this spring with this cute, pleated faux leather skirt. It's surprisingly comfy and I really can't wait to start creating outfits with it.

Pink Bow back dress- This is something I never imagined owning. My friend and I would see it every time we went into Miss Selfridge and instantly would go 'so pink!' Despite the fact my blog theme is pink, I rarely wear this colour. However, I tried it on and feel in love with it. It's well fitted and dotted pattern worked really well. The bow on the back is just incredible, a little ott but still great.

New Look

Tartan skirt- I do love a tartan skirt. The blue and purple colour of this one is what sold it to me, it's more subtle then your typical tartan but that makes it more wearable.

Anyone up for a party? No?
Necklace- Jewellery tends to be the bottom of my shopping list as I don't tend to find anything  I particularly like. However, this piece intrigued me as it was a little different from the rest they had in store. The two colours compliment each well and I like the shape of the pendants.

Boots

Fearne Cotton midnight manicure- I am a huge Fearne Cotton fan and she always has an amazing make-up range for Boots at Christmas. Out of the two nail polish sets, I chose Midnight Manicure as the darker colours appealed to me more. Really can't wait to try them all out. All Christmas sets at Boots are half price so it's well worth popping in for a little mooch.

Dorothy Perkins

Match with patterned socks to add a cute factor to the look.
Boots- Rain hit the island recently and I found myself without water-proof footwear. Walking around with soggy feet is not fun so I went on a search for some water-tight shoes. Luckily, DP had a pair of lovely boots in my size (literally the last pair in store) much like my pair favourite pair that I managed to completely destroy at a music festival a couple if years ago. I love that feeling when you finally find exactly what you've been looking for!

Well, that's all my money for the year gone! I hope this has helped you get an insight on the sales before you set off on your naughty New Years shopping spree.
